The client recognized a growing demand for a reliable and user-friendly food delivery platform that could seamlessly connect customers with a wide network of restaurants. Existing solutions in the market often lacked consistency, had limited scalability, and failed to provide real-time order visibility. To address these challenges, Candour Technolabs was engaged to design and develop a comprehensive food delivery application, with a strong focus on user experience, real-time tracking, and operational efficiency.

03 The Solution

Candour Technolabs developed a scalable and user-friendly food delivery app with GPS-based real-time tracking, a robust Node.js and MongoDB backend for peak-hour scalability, and dedicated interfaces for customers, restaurants, and delivery partners. Secure PCI-compliant payment gateways were integrated to ensure safe transactions. Real-time features were implemented using WebSockets, facilitating instant updates and communication. To build trust, a review and rating system was integrated, along with verified profiles for service providers.
