The client identified a market need for a unified platform that connects users with trusted local service providers. Existing solutions were fragmented, leading to user dissatisfaction. Candour Technolabs was approached to design and develop a solution that addresses these gaps, focusing on user experience and operational efficiency.

03 The Solution

Candour Technolabs adopted a modular approach, allowing for easy addition of new service categories. A robust backend was developed using Node.js and MongoDB, ensuring scalability and performance. Real-time features were implemented using WebSockets, facilitating instant updates and communication. To build trust, a review and rating system was integrated, along with verified profiles for service providers.
